DESCRIPTION:The Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) is proud to host our Second Annual Basketball Tournament 🏀🥳\, and we’re inviting law enforcement agencies from across the region to hit the court for an event that blends competition\, camaraderie\, and community impact. Last year’s tournament was a big success and we are looking forward to impacting more students with a scholarship and school supplies. \nThis tournament has quickly become a signature event—bringing together agencies in the spirit of teamwork while raising funds for a powerful cause.
